Buggys in the Practice
Please help us to ensure the safety of all our patients and adhere to health and safety guidelines and leave buggy outside - we have a small waiting room for the number of patients and often elderly and unwell patients and it can get very overcrowded - we offer bike locks at reception and we apologise for any inconvenience
In line with all services across the NHS we are experiencing very high volumes of demand for appointments.
We are doing our best to keep routine appointments to 2 weeks but demand is exceptionally high.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ACUTE PROBLEMS WE HAVE THE DAILY QUICK ACCESS CLINIC.
IF YOU ARE TRYING TO BOOK A REVIEW OF A LONG TERM CONDITION, PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A SYSTEM FOR CALLING YOU IN AND BOOKING A REVIEW IN THE MONTH OF YOUR BIRTHDAY.
In line with this please can you ensure you only book appointments that are essential and that you bear with us during this very busy time. If you are at all concerned about a health problem please speak to Reception who will arrange contact.

Quick Access Clinic
If you are a patient at the practice and are unwell and need to be seen today - We offer a quick access clinic every day from 08.30. You can either walk in before 10.30 or to avoid the queues call the practice before 10.30 and we will estimate a time for you to come in through the morning.
Please note this clinic is for one acute problem only.
YOU CAN REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR BETWEEN 08.00 AND 20.00 SEVEN DAYS A WEEK WITH IHUB - PLEASE ASK A RECEPTIONIST T0 BOOK AN APPOINTMENT - OUR LOCAL HUB IS ON HORNSEY ROAD
INTERPRETER SERVICES We are able to provide interpreters to attend routine appointments for patients. For urgent appointments we will access language line (a telephone provider)
We offer a BLS sign language video line too for all communications at the Practice.
NAMED GP FOR ALL PATIENTS - Under the new GP contract, all patients will be allocated a named GP. You can still see any GP at the practice but the named GP will over see the care you receive. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please ask a member of the Reception team who will be happy to help!
